Are you using iWeb? Or RapidWeaver? Or some other program? I might be able to help you work out those kinks.
Nevermind. I see that you're using iWeb.
O-h. The site navigation on the side is forcing the box down. The markup is rather incomprehensible as it was machine created. From what I can tell, the navigation widget is being cleared left and right by the stuff at the bottom. I wish I could help, but manually tweaking iWeb templates is hell. I would recommend recreating the site navigation from scratch. That's definitely your problem.
